Our rental rates are on a weekly basis. The rental period is from Saturday 12pm till Saturday 10am.

The weekly rate is $1895. Holiday rates may apply-call (973)347-1992 for holiday rates.

Reservation Information

To reserve, payment must be received on 50% of the weekly rental fee via certified check, bank check or money order. Upon receipt of your initial payment, the dates will be reserved for you and we will provide the contract. In two weeks following your initial payment, the remaining 50% must be received along with $500.00 security deposit . If payment as said is not received, your reservation will be automatically canceled. To reserve again, there must be a new contract written. Sorry, we do not accept credit cards or personal checks at this time.

Please check the Availability for open dates and you can e-mail us with your request or call us at (973)-347-1992. We will review your request, and reply by e-mail or phone. We only rent to families and adults. The noise ordinance laws are strongly enforced in this community. We DO require identification before and upon check-in.

We will contact you to validate your reservation and finalize your stay with us. If you have not heard from us within 24/48 hours please call to confirm.

Deposit is required, and will be refunded to you within two weeks after your stay provided all of the rental conditions have been met. At the end of your stay the unit must be cleaned and left in the same condition as it was when you entered. Cleaning services are available for an avg. $100 per week. Ask us for cleaning number. Any extra cleaning that has to be done will be deducted from the security deposit (Extra cleaning service rates start at $100 per unit)

Cancellation Policy
A RESERVATION CONSTITUTES A TWO-WAY CONTRACT BETWEEN US AND YOU. IT ASSURES THAT YOUR ACCOMMODATIONS WILL BE KEPT AVAILABLE FOR YOU FOR ALL THE DATES INDICATED, AND IT ASSURES US THAT WE CAN TURN AWAY OTHER POTENTIAL GUESTS FOR THE DATES INDICATED.

THE CUSTOMER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR THE ENTIRE BALANCE OF RESERVATION AMOUNT. YOUR ENTIRE DEPOSIT WILL BE FORFEITED IF YOUR RESERVATION IS CANCELED.

IT IS UNDERSTOOD THAT WE CANNOT ACCEPT RESPONSIBILITY FOR INCLEMENT WEATHER, CHANGES IN TRAVEL PLANS, PERSONAL SICKNESS, FAMILY SICKNESS, DEATH, OR INJURY, ETC.

The location of our condo is in a quiet and clean family oriented area. If you want to have a large, loud party you might want to stay in the midst of Seaside Heights instead of with us.

We will consider renting to a group of 6, please call and let us know if you need room for 8.

All people staying at the house must be listed on the lease (no more than maximum occupancy allowed) Only the people listed on the lease are allowed in the house
No alcoholic beverages are allowed in the house if people are under 21. Parents will be responsible for anyone under 25 years of age. All parties renting and persons responsible for them will be held responsible for damages, fines, etc.

There will be an extra security deposit required that will be refunded provided the place is left clean with no damage. Keep in mind that there may be other tenants above or below you - please be considerate.

If any of the above rules are broken, everyone will be asked to leave, and no refund will be given. If any damage is done to the property in excess of the security deposit, we expect to receive the difference and will prosecute.

If you think you will have any problem abiding by these rules, don't bother to call us. But if you think that they are fair, and you have no problem with them, then we would love to hear from you.
